Well back again with Use this not that Part 3. Today, we will discuss Sea Salt vs Table Salt.
I don’t know about you but I love salt and never thought there was anything wrong with it. What I didn’t know is that all of those prepackaged foods I used to eat contained a large amount of salt. As you may know we don’t need a lot of salt especially table salt. Today I’d like to encourage you to get rid of table salt and pick up some sea salt, it is healthier. Now that doesn’t mean eat a ton but it is the better option.
