Coaching FAQ

What is Coaching?

A coach is someone who supports you and help you reach your goals. A coach and a counselor are different. A counselor will allow you to talk through your issues, but often is not there to provide a solution. A coach, on the other hand, will help you identify challenges and create a plan to overcome them. A coach helps you to resolve problems and move forward.

I highly suggest a coach for those who are struggling and are ready to give up on their goals. A coach might be able to help you identify the obstacles preventing you from meeting your goals. Many times, these obstacles have nothing to do with your diet. There are so many factors involved in the struggle to become and remain consistent in the raw lifestyle.

Most coaches know and believe that you have everything you need to meet your goals and gain success. Coaches are there to help you uncover what already lies deep within you. They are there to help you clear obstacles and take actions that will lead you to positive results. A good coach will help you discover the processes and solutions that are right for you. I believe that the best coach is one who knows that you already have the right answer.

No one knows what you need better than you do, but sometimes you need a little help clearing your mind to find the best path to success and health.

What is 1 to 1 Coaching?

One to one coaching consist of you working directly with a coach in a private setting via the telephone. Some people find this type of coaching the best, because you get to work specifically on your needs. It is normal for 1 to 1 coaching to cost more than group coaching.

Even though 1 to 1 coaching cost more, you tend to move forward a lot faster then you do, when not working with a coach.

What is Group Coaching?

The only difference between Group Coaching and 1 to 1 coaching is that you do not get private 1 on 1 time with the coach, when you sign up for group coaching. But, you will have access to everyone in the group, which can be just as beneficial as working 1 on 1 with a coach. Group Coaching is almost always the least expensive option.

Group coaching is a great option for those who cannot afford 1 to 1 coaching.
