Thank you for visiting. This blog is written and maintained by Tanisha Marshall a Raw Food Teacher and Chef. On my blog you will find that my entries will be about my life as a raw foodist and my goals to stay 100% raw while I lose weight and heal myself in a world where food addiction is killing people. I once lived a life based on my food addiction but thanks to raw food, I have found control over my addiction to food as well as my health problems.
Feel free to follow me on my lifelong journey to remain healthy and addiction free. My goals are to help people who what to heal themselves of food addictions and/or health problems. On my blog you will find unfiltered entries of how I feel and what I’m going through as I embark on going from 90% raw to 100% raw. In addition to following my raw journey you will find personal research that I’m doing to investigate the foods I use to eat and foods my family and friends still eat. I hope that my blog will help people understand the importance of going raw and why our SAD diet is killing us.
