After 10+ years of trying over and over and over again to lose weight and stick with a healthy eating lifestyle, I finally found my way to eating the way I feel is most healthy, and that is Raw, Living Food.

I have healed from shortness of breath, knee pain, back pain, perpetually swollen throat, and so much more, but it has taken several steps during my journey to accomplish what I have today.

Since going raw, I have lost over 50 pounds. I have gone from a size 28 to a size 14 shirt. I have been able to eat raw consistently, and I am ready to show you how I did it. If you would like to learn more about my story, click here.
