We can achieve anything, even eating raw. I believe this story will inspire you

May 29th, 2008 by Tanisha

It’s amazing to me how so many of us struggle to get control over our addictions or we complain about not being able to overcome them but there are so many people out there that are not given the chances that we have been given.

You may have recently heard about a women who died because the electricity went out in her home. This women lived to be 61 and she had polo and was confined to an Iron Lung, which kept her alive. Well you may be wondering why I’m talking about her; well Dianne Odell did not make any excuses, even though she was confined to one place she did not let it keep her from achieving her goals. Diane obtained a high school diploma, took college courses and wrote a childrens book.

While most of us are complaining about what we can’t do think about the fact that you might have a bit more options then some folks do. Don’t forget how beneficial it is to have feet to be able to walk to be able to breathe on your own, to be able to think, talk hear and so fourth.

If this women could acheive so much I know that I can and so many of you can. If eating right and feeling great is what your after then keep striving for that goal. If a women who could not breathe on her own earn a college degree I know that we can accomplish anything.

I for one have the capability of breathing on my own and walking talking writing and just the ability to be independent, I have no excuse, no reason why I can’t.

I hope that you think about this women and how much of a great example she is. She used no excuses, she made all of her dreams come true and even though she died young I believe what she has done will touch many people, I know that is has touched me.

I hope that you have a wonderful day.
