Oldies but goodies

You may have seen this and maybe you haven’t but here are some links to a few studies that have been done on the raw food diet.

http://news-info.wustl.edu/news/page/normal/4971.html - Bone Mass and raw

http://record.wustl.edu/news/page/normal/8455.html - protein and raw

Those articles are good read. I can’t wait for more studies to be done as some people will never go raw until the scientist approve of it.

The second link regarding protein reminds me of The China Story a book written by Dr. T. Colin Campbell and Thomas M. Campbell II. This book is a great read. They do not talk much about raw food it talks more about being vegan but I think this is still a good book because it explains how protein plays a huge role in us developing cancer.

Also lately I’ve been hearing about the fact that Vitamin D deficiency plays a huge role in cancer as well. I plan to get more sun but what is most important is that we get our bodies to a level to be able to absorb the nutrients we need.

Have a good night,

Tanisha
