Here is the Raw Sausage Pizza Recipe!!! It is so so good

May 28th, 2008 by Tanisha

Ok, this pizza is so good that I didn’t even make the cheese, of course it’s your choice if you want to make it but it is not needed. I didn’t have crushed red pepper and the ground red pepper and mine came out fine, I used a bit of Paprika instead. I also didn’t dehydrate the bread as long as suggested but you have to go according to where you live as some places are hotter then others so you will have to take out the bread when you feel it’s to your liking.

Oh I used Golden Flax seeds. The recipe does seem like a lot but it was easy. You don’t have to sprout your buckwheat you can soak it for a couple hours and use it but if you want all of the nutrients you might want to soak and allow it to sprout for two days, but that is not necessary.

Enjoy.

Buckwheat Crust
1 c buckwheat, soaked
3/4 c sundried tomatoes, soaked
1 avocado
1 small onion
1 tsp sea salt
1c flaxmeal

Process the buckwheat, tomatoes, avocado, onion, and sea salt until smooth.

Remove to a bowl and add the flaxmeal. Spread on two Teflexx sheets until about 1/8-1/4 inch thick. Score into slices and dehydrate for 3 hours. Flip the slices, turn heat to 95 degrees and dehydrate about another 10 hours.

Pizza Sauce
1/2 c sundried tomatoes, soaked (save the soak water)
1 tsp oregano
1 very small clove garlic, minced

1/2 tsp fennel

Process the walnuts till chopped. Add everything else, including dates, and process until it comes together but still has texture.

Mozzarella
1 c almonds, soaked
2 tsp tahini
1 tbsp lemon
1/2 tsp nama shoyu/gf soy sauce

Blend together till smooth and let sit in fridge overnight

To make the pizzas:
Assesmble:
Crust
Tomato Sauce

Dehydrate at 110 degrees for about an hour or until warm.
