Day 7 - 100% raw
Wow I seem to be getting busy again. Today was a good day for me, I loved the Indian samosas they are so so so good and I’ll definitely be making them again.
Sometime soon I will be posting my first interview, I am sure it will inspire you, I can’t wait to share the details but be on the look out for it soon.
Today I had:
Water
an orange and banana
Indian samosa
onion,zucchini, and carrot bread
seed cheese and cauliflower rice
I also plan to have a Green Smoothie
I plan to start adding two vegetable juices a day because those are so important. This past weekend I had 16oz of vegetable juice, I used a beet, lemon, carrots, celery, kale, and swiss chard. It was good, but I doubt that I would have liked it in the beginning of my raw journey. I am loving my Omega Juicer.
