Cancer

February 10th, 2008 by Tanisha

I have been so busy lately but today I decided that I need to take a break. I’ve been doing a lot of planning for my Web Hosting website and my Raw Classes but I haven’t taken a lot of time out for myself. I’ve read many books that suggest taking a time out, I also learned from Alissa Cohen and Elaine that you must take time to recharge your battery and that is what I plan to do today.

Yesterday I watched the following video about Storm’s bother whom healed himself of cancer by incorporating a raw food diet. Mike was like most people, he ate the Standard American Diet but was also a athlete who was at the top of this sport and didn’t realize that his body was suffering.

If you have some time today, check out the video and think about how food could be effecting you even when you think your at your healthiest weight.

Mike is a great example of someone who was not overweight but very active in his sport but still even being in what he thought was the best shape produced cancer and I truly believe food had a lot to do with it.

Have a great day and take sometime and rejuvenate yourself, we all need it.
