What is in Mcdonalds French Fries, do you know?

Today I’m researching McDonald’s French Fries and it’s just shocking to me that they have BEEF in them, I had no clue, thank God I wasn’t a Vegetarian before Raw or I’d be really mad at McDonald’s. I bet that there are a lot of vegetarians that have no idea that McDonald’s French Fries have Beef. So like I said I’ve been researching McDonald’s French Fries, wouldn’t you think they would just take a potato, slice it and fry them? No, they add about 10+ different ingredients to the fries actually more like 20, take a look below, I thought I’d give you a preview, I’ve only gotten to research the first 4 ingredients:

Here are a list of ingredients found on Macdonald’s website: (Will post the final version soon)

McDonald’s French Fries:
Potatoes, vegetable oil (partially hydrogenated soybean oil, natural beef flavor (wheat and milk derivatives)*, citric acid (preservative), dextrose, sodium acid pyrophosphate (maintain color), dimethylpolysiloxane (antifoaming agent)), salt. Prepared in vegetable oil ((may contain one of the following: Canola oil, corn oil, soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean oil, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, partially hydrogenated corn oil with TBHQ and citric acid added to preserve freshness), dimethylpolysiloxane added as an antifoaming agent). *
CONTAINS: WHEAT AND MILK (Natural beef flavor contains hydrolyzed wheat and hydrolyzed milk as starting ingredients.)

What is this stuff?

Potatoes - Vegetable - This is what it should be just A potato

vegetable oil (partially hydrogenated soybean oil, natural beef flavor (wheat and milk derivatives)*, citric acid (preservative)

Dextrose: Dextrose is glucose sugar refined from corn starch. Dextrose is a sweetener and a readily available source of energy. Dextrose is produced by the enzyme conversion of corn starch and then refined by ion-exchange demineralization.

sodium acid pyrophosphate (maintain color), when we cook fries at home we don’t need this why would they add this to they’re fries.. hmmm

Ok so why are there more then 15 ingredients here? What is all of this stuff? My advice to you is if you’re going to eat fries eat them at home, they are better for you then eating all of these ingredients, which I can’t even pronounce. I use to eat these fries and felt they were the best in the world, but actually now I know they are the worst in terms of health.

This is just an example of some of the information you will find here, I will be taking our favorite Fast Foods and breaking each one down piece by piece and showing you whats going into your body. I can’t believe how many biggie fries I’ve had but never again.

Although I say above it’s better to eat your fries at home, I’m not saying they are any better in terms of health, I will always recommend eating living foods over cooked but if you had to decide before McDonald’s cooked fries and home made fries I would say go with the home made ones.
