What a day!

January 31st, 2008 by Tanisha

How are you all doing, I hope fine.

I had a blessed day, I worked my full time job and then came home to spend some time with my husband. After spending time with my husband, I went off to start writing about something that has been on my mind and that is “Why do we make excuses” So tomorrow you’ll see what I have to say it’s kind of long so I hope you can get through the entire article.

I have some admitting to do, I’m not a grammar or English student and most times I try to type so fast so that get I can get out everything that is on my mind. I will try to double check my post before I press publish, that way you can have an easy time reading my blog.

Tonight the whether in Illinois is crazy, we have a snow storm in effect and is expected to bring around 5-10 inches before 12pm tomorrow.. Maybe I’ll have a day off work.

Tonight I made up another raw dish and this one was by mistake, I call it Nutless Tuna, I stuffed this pate in a Nori Roll, it was so good. It’s called nut less because YOU GOT IT I didn’t use any nuts, which most Tuna recipes do. I didn’t measure so I’ll post that later but I do have a picture to share, check it out:

Hmmm looks good. I apologize for the pic, I’m using my cell phone because I don’t have a camera yet, I will get one soon.
