More thoughts on conquering 100% raw

I thought I’d write about my journey to 100% raw. I have found that the mind plays a crucial role in whether or not we can achieve something, the mind or our brain remembers everything we do or have done. I personally no longer crave cooked food, but my mind remembers what it use to taste like which gives off mixed signals for me, I don’t want cooked my body doesn’t need it, and most times I’m not even hungry but the memory of it can definitley can really bring about a test for those of us trying to take the leap to 100%.
Just know that making the decision to be raw and being raw might be a battle on different levels, you may give up cooked but you’ll always have it in your pass, I believe once we can conquer our thoughts we can really be 100%. We have to make a choice a choice to eat better and to not allow anything less then raw in our bodies.
Just know that the rode to raw can be rough and bumpy but it can be done. Never give up and embrace each stage that you go through. Don’t try to rush something that you are not ready for.
For those of you who are not ready to go raw that is fine, maybe you can focus on going vegetarian or start excluding certain meats from your diet, if you’re vegetarian then maybe you can try going Vegan and from there start learning about raw foods.
Some of the books I suggest for beginners are:
Alissa Cohens: Living on Live Food Book
Victoria Boutenko: 12 Steps to raw foods
Have a good Monday,
