Pecan Walnuty Fudge Balls
Well this is the first recipe that I have shared since going raw, Enjoy!!!

Note: The only thing I measured was the walnuts so I’m guessing on the dates and Pecans.
Ingredients:
1 cup walnuts
1/2 - 3/4 cup dates (soaked 30 mins)
1-1.5cup pecans (I did not measure so you might need more)
Honey Or Agave
Take the walnuts and dates and process in the blender until smooth. in a bowl crumble the pecans into chucks, not to small. Take the walnuty batter out and of the blender, take some and roll into ball and then roll in to pecan chucks, finish rolling the remainder of the dough in the pecans and and drizzle either honey or Agave. I would suggest eating them right away or putting in the frig.
These taste even better if you put them in the dehydrater after drizzing the honey or agave for 1 to 2 hours… Yum

Agave is like a Sweetner.
