My thoughts on stressing over being 100% raw

I missed a day of posting, yesterday was a long day for me, but I’m back. I’ve decided that from this point forward, I’m not going to stress being 100% and I’m just going to be 100%. I believe it’s so much harder to put that stress on yourself that it’s possible to make more mistakes then it is to just be.

I came to this realization being that I’m in a January100% challenge with some friends, I found that focusing so much on this is a lot more stressful then just being. My plan is to always eat raw but if there is a small slip I’m not going to stress about it. I don’t plan to slip up but I don’t plan to stress over it either, I have come a very long way with eating, I am no longer a slave to cook food and even while writing this I feel empowered to go and make a new raw dish.

Don’t get stressed with changing your diet, do it gradually but the key here is never giving up, keep working towards your goal to eat healthier. If you are looking to really jump start your change in eating attend a raw foods class or make plans to visit a raw food center and stay for 2 weeks, you will definitely come home a changed person.
