Hello Hello / Amino Acids

Today was a good day for me, I didn’t eat much for breakfast or lunch but I really ate a ton for Dinner, I had a taco salad, purple cabbage stuffed with taco meat, seed cheese, tomatoes, and green onions, and then I had a sushi roll. Dinner was great.

Right now I have some potato chips, and corn chips in the dehydrator, I can’t wait until they are done, so far they look just like sad chips.

What do you guys know about Amino Acids? Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. Did you know that your body can build it’s own protein? Yes in fact there is no need for animal protein, all plant foods have amino acids, which the body uses to make protein, also it is easier for the body to assimilate the protein in plant foods then it can in meat.
