Day 9 100%

I decided that I won’t post my food anymore, not that I plan to cheat but I don’t want anyone to get discouraged and think raw will starve you.

There are several stages that you will go through on your raw journey. The longer you are raw the less food you will eat, when you first start you will most likely eat a lot dehydrated foods, then sooner or later you will want to eat simple. Simple might be eating only pates on lettuce instead of a heaving a dehydrated meal, but eventually your diet will change again, this is where you’ll find your self only wanting to eat whole foods, instead of processing the zucchini, you will probably just want it whole.

So as you can see you will go through a change when eating raw and that is ok. There is nothing wrong with eating less. Raw foods have more nutrients so your body doesn’t need as much raw food as someone who eats cooked food. Don’t be afraid to eat less, it’s actually better for you and have been know to extend ones life.

So far I had a great 100% raw day, I’m feeling good and happy, glad to be sharing my life with you, although I haven’t had much on my mind lately. All I can say is that right now I’m learning how to enjoy life without food. Everything that I use to do involved eating, but now I have to be a bit creative because food is no longer my focus and I’m happy about that. My husband and I have been spending more time doing something fun and not eating for fun, that sounds great to me…

Have a good night,
