Day 8 - January 100% raw challange

Day 8 I’m feeling good about being raw, I don’t think there is anything better then being raw but who knows I could be wrong.

Here is what I had:

Day of challenge: Day 8
Water Intake: 40oz ( getting better)
Exercise: none
Mood: Good
Food Journal:

* Breakfast
o Banana

* Lunch
o Banana

* Dinner
o Onion Bread, Sprouted bread with raw burger, and alfalfa sprouts.

Thoughts for today:

Today I wasn’t super hungry, I could have went without lunch, but I had the banana anyway. Next time that I am not hungry I do not plan to eat, it’s best to eat only when you’re hungry.  Most of the time people are eating just to eat or because they were told to eat, but I believe we should listen to our bodies. We are all unique and I don’t think we can say that eating 3 times a day is right for everyone, sometimes the body needs a rest and actually I believe the body can heal itself better if we were not bogging it down with food when it’s not needed or wanted at the time, so II plan to listen to my body the next time this occurs. I hope that you all have a great night.
