Day 7 - January 100% raw challange

January 7th, 2008 by Tanisha

Hello all!

Nice outside

Day 7 has come and is going. It was very nice out today here in Illinois, you could almost get away without having a jacket on today.

Here is what I had:

Day of challenge: Day 7
Water Intake: 45oz ( getting better)
Exercise: none
Mood: Good
Food Journal:

* Breakfast
o cantaloupe

* Lunch
o Afalfa sprouts, sprouted bread

* Dinner
o Almond burger on one piece of sprouted bread, onion bread, cantaloupe and a 32 oz green smoothie.

Thoughts for today:

I love home made Alfafa sprouts. I use to buy them from Jewel but they taste so much better when they are made at home fresh, plus you know how long they have been sitting in the fridge.

There isn’t much on my mind today, I have been doing a lot of reading on enzymes and I am also reading Survival in the 21st century, I will have to share my thoughts on these books when I’m done.

I hope that all of you have a good day or night.
