Day 6 - January 100% raw challange
Hello all!
Well tomorrow makes me 100% for 1 week (7 days). Here is what I had:
Day of challenge: Day 6
Water Intake: 60oz ( getting better)
Exercise: none
Mood: Ok, detoxing
Food Journal:
* Breakfast
o Green Smoothie
* Lunch
o pate, green pepper,banana leather, straberry leather, and banana chips.
* Dinner
o Salad(taco meat, tomato, guac, romaine)
Thoughts for today:
Today was a busy day for me, I had my second raw food meetup, which was great and full of information. I’m ready for day 7.
