Day 5 - January 100% raw challange

Hello all!

I feel great today, 5 days raw. Here is what I had:

Day of challenge: Day 5
Water Intake: 60oz ( getting better)
Exercise: none
Mood: Great
Food Journal:

    * Breakfast
          o Green Smoothie
          o Muesli (Banana, pecans, raisins)

    * Lunch
          o Large Salad

    * Dinner
          o Salad(olives, tomato, raw dressing, pecans, raisins, and sprouts)
          o Trail Mix

Thoughts for today:

Today I woke up refreshed and ready to get things done. Not much on my mind today except that it is very weird not having food as a activity, but tonight I am going to the movies and No I’m not eating the popcorn.. I plan to take my own raw snacks, which is the trail mix I listed above under dinner.

Going to the movies tonight and not eating popcorn will be different. When my husband and I would go we would get a large popcorn, small amount of butter and then add a ton of popcorn seasoning to it, it was yummy but sometimes it made our stomachs hurt, so I’m looking forward to a night at the movies based about watching something good and not eating something buttery and heavy which will in turn make my stomach hurt.
