Day 4 - January 100% raw challange

Hello all!

Wow 4th day 100%. Here is what I had:

Day of challenge: Day 4
Water Intake: 40oz ( getting better)
Exercise: none
Mood:I felt ok this morning but this evening not so good I guess it’s time for detoxing.
Food Journal:

  • Breakfast
    • banana and water
  • Lunch
    • 2 mangos
  • Dinner
    • Salad(olives, tomato, raw dressing, pecans, raisins, and sprouts)

Thoughts for today:

I’m so excited about the 4th day and I’ve been 100% raw more then 4 days once before but it’s time for detoxing, I can tell, I started feeling it tonight.

A bit earlier my husband and I was thinking how everything we use to do was so connected to food, now we have to find other things to do in place of eating. It’s weird how you don’t even know how connected you are to food until you remove the foods from your life.

I hope you all have a great night, I’m off to bed, hopefully this detox will be over tomorrow.
