Day 3 - January 100% raw challange

Hello all!

Well this will be short and sweet. Here is what I’ve had today:

Day of challenge: Day 3
Water Intake: 40oz ( getting better)
Exercise: none
Mood:Tired this morning and energized this evening
Food Journal:

  • Breakfast
    • banana and Raisin
  • Lunch
    • Banana and Raisin
  • Dinner
    • Green Smoothie (Pear, Blueberries and spirulina)
    • Salad(olives, tomato, raw dressing, pecans, raisins, and apples)

Thoughts for today:

Well I won’t be able to write much I have a busy night ahead. My day was good, this morning I did wake up tired, I would say it’s from detoxing but tonight I feel great and I’m so happy to be raw. I have not felt the urge to eat anything cooked so that is great.
