Day 2 - January 100% raw Challange
Hello all!
What a day I’m so happy and excited to be reaching my goals in life. Here is what I’ve had today:
Day of challenge: Day 2
Water Intake: 20oz ( I have to up my intake)
Exercise: Tae- bo
Mood:Happy
Food Journal:
- Breakfast
- Cantaloupe
- Lunch
- Green Smoothie (Apple, orange and spirulina)
- Dinner
- Green Smoothie (Pear, Blueberries and spirulina)
- Salad(olives, tomato, raw dressing, pecans, raisins, and apples)
Thoughts for today:
Today is a good day, I still haven’t been grocery shopping yet, but my commitment to stay raw is going strong. Even though I have not been shopping it doesn’t stop me from being raw.
I believe that once we’ve set our mind to do something we can do it. I’m so proud of myself, being that I come from being addicted to food. I know that if I can do this anyone can do this. I can’t say being raw is easy but the benefits outweigh eating SAD foods.
I was just reading on forum today how a women had cancer twice the first time she was 21 and the second time 29, I don’t want to be a cancer patient, I want to live life and not worry about it, I’m not saying Raw will make it impossible to get cancer, but I want to eat better and I know that if I continued down the path I was on, something bad was going to happen, as I was already having memory loss and 20 other problems I wasn’t sure what was next but I’m glad I didn’t keep going down that path.
