Day 1 - January 100% raw Challange

Hello all!

I woke up ready to go, ready to make the commitment to feel and be my best.

Here is the info I will share everyday:

Day of challenge: Day 1
Water Intake: So far 1 cup (Sad)
Exercise: None yet
Mood:Happy
Food Journal:

  • Breakfast
    • 2 Raw Tacos
  • Lunch
    • Apple and raisins(Need to go Shopping)
  • Dinner
    • Green Smoothie (Apple, orange and spirulina)
    •  Salad(olives, tomato, raw dressing and hemp seeds)

Thoughts for today:

Well today I’m so excited and ready to reach the next step in my raw journey. Unfortunately it snowed so much last night that I was not able to go shopping and it’s still snowing today, but I still plan to go shopping because if I don’t I might struggle at work tomorrow and I don’t want that.

So far today I haven’t been to hungry so even though I don’t have much food I’m doing ok. My husband is trying to be raw as well, I’m so happy about that.

I hope your day is going well, I will update how I’m doing later today.
